Refund policy

 Exchange and Refund:
For missing, damaged, or unsatisfactory items, please email us (tfd-order@weagri.jp ) within a week (7 days) of receiving your order and a picture of the product, if possible, we will contact you for exchange and/or refund. We cannot offer you a refund or exchange if 7 days have passed.

  • You must first request and fill out a return request form. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will be refused.
  • Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
  • We do not replace or refund things that arrived in fine condition but were not to your liking.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it to be eligible for a return. It also has to be in its original packaging.
  • If you no longer have the original packing, you may return your order in any alternative packaging as long as it is properly secured to prevent the item(s) from being lost.
  • Write the shipping address clearly on your shipment.
  • Please contact us if you need to change or cancel your return request.

Items that are not returnable:

  • Gift certificates
  • Any item that is not in its original state, is damaged, or has missing pieces for causes other than our negligence.
  • Any item returned more than 7 days after it was delivered
  • Sale item

Refund (if applicable):

  • The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
  • Once the reimbursement has been processed, you will be notified by email.
  • If you have not received your refund in your account within 14 days, please present the confirmation to your bank so that they can assist you and expedite the procedure.
  • We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • If applicable, your refund will be processed.
